To ensure your peace of mind while using your Fafrees electric bike, we offer multiple extended warranty plans covering accidental damage and product defects. Please read the policy carefully to choose the best plan for you.

Detailed Terms

  • Accidental Damage:
    Covers all accidental incidents during normal use, including tire blowouts, collisions, drops, and other accidental damages occurring within the warranty period.
  • Product Issue Coverage:
    Includes repairs or replacements due to manufacturing issues or natural product failures.
  • Compensation Limit:
    Total compensation will not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Costs beyond this limit are not covered.
  • Battery Degradation Replacement:
    A one-time battery replacement is included under the 2-year and 3-year extended warranty plans if the battery shows natural degradation.
  • Claim Process:
    To file a claim, please provide clear photo or video evidence showing the damage or issue to support your request.
  • Comprehensive Coverage:
    The 2-year and 3-year extended warranty plans cover all product-related issues during the warranty period, except theft. Compensation is limited to the original purchase price, and any excess costs will not be covered. If your product is in good condition upon delivery, you may purchase an extended warranty within 60 days of the original purchase date. After this period, extended warranty plans will no longer be available.
